Photo updates
Pack volunteers can update or remove website photos when needed.
Pack 60 media consent
Pack 60 asks each family to complete a Pack-specific media-release form covering photographs, audio, and video created during pack activities and other Scouting functions. The form gives families a clear choice about whether an adult’s image and each child’s image may be used in Pack 60-controlled social media, website content, news coverage, and promotional materials.
In Pack 60’s own publications, scouts are identified only by first name and last initial. Pack consent remains in effect while the child is in the pack unless the family submits a new form to change or withdraw it.
The Pack 60 form is separate from the Scouting America media release accepted during registration. Families who need to opt out of council-controlled media should contact the Cubmaster.
Calendar updates
Calendar details may change during the year. Families should confirm current event details through regular pack communications.
Removal requests
If a parent, guardian, or pack leader asks for a photo or content item to be removed, the webmaster should remove it promptly and review related pages for similar content.
